Some news from SDCC about Hasbro’s plans for the 2012 re-launch of Marvel Legends has surfaced this morning ahead of the show. Hasbro will have Wave One on display in a case at the beginning of the show and will later add the second wave to that case after their panel on Saturday. Outstanding news coming out of the interwebs today! On-line retailer ToyWiz has put up preorders for Captain America: The First Avenger movie 6-inch figures of Captain America and Nick Fury. The presentation for Hasbro’s Marvel lines was held yesterday in New York at the annual Toy Fair. I wasn’t able to attend, but here is some news coming out of some of the various collector’s websites. Here are some new images of the figures in Marvel Universe Wave 13 from Hasbro. This wave will include: First Appearance Wolverine, Apocalypse, Cable, Jim Lee Cyclops, and Gladiator. These should be in retail stores starting in March 2011.
